Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Archer Outbound.

Questions MSP owners ask

They create templated content shared across hundreds of MSPs and hope someone Googles “IT support near me.” Archer’s agents actively find the specific businesses in your territory that need managed IT, write content in your voice, and book meetings on your calendar. They’re autonomous AI growth agents, not passive inbound — and everything is custom to your MSP.

You could — the same way your clients could manage their own IT instead of hiring you. Tools like Apollo or AiSDR require you to configure targeting, write sequences, manage deliverability, warm domains, monitor reply quality, and optimize constantly. We do all of that for you. You get the results without the learning curve or the time investment.

The opposite. We send fewer, more targeted messages — not mass blasts. Every email is personalized to the specific prospect’s business, industry, and pain points. Archer writes in your brand voice, referencing real context about each company. The goal is quality conversations, not volume.

Archer runs on fully isolated infrastructure — your data never touches another client’s environment. And our integration is minimal: we only need a dedicated sending email address and your calendar booking link. No CRM access, no API keys, no risk to your clients’ data.

You can approve everything before it goes live or switch to full autopilot. We also provide a one-click kill switch to pause all outreach instantly.

Outreach goes from a branded email address at your domain — a dedicated team member name like sarah@yourmsp.com. If you’d prefer not to use your primary domain, we can set up a similar subdomain or lookalike domain instead. Either way, we handle the entire sending infrastructure: domain setup, warm-up, reputation management, and deliverability monitoring. Everything lands in the inbox.

Archer goes live in 5–7 business days. Most clients see initial meetings within the first month as the agents calibrate targeting and messaging. By month 2-3, the agents are fully optimized and delivering consistent meetings on your calendar. We set realistic expectations — not inflated promises.

They enter a long-term nurture sequence with valuable, non-salesy touchpoints. When timing changes, Archer re-engages so you’re top of mind.

Month-to-month. We recommend a 90-day minimum to give the agents time to calibrate and compound, but there’s no long-term contract. The MSPs who see the best results stick around because it works, not because they’re locked in.

Yes. When your vendors deploy campaigns through Archer, those campaigns appear in your dashboard alongside your own. Vendor-funded campaigns are built, personalized, and executed by your agents at no additional cost to you. Many MSPs offset their Archer subscription entirely with vendor-funded campaigns.

It shows up in your Campaign Inbox for review. You can see exactly what the campaign includes — emails, social posts, ads, collateral — and decide whether to approve it, adjust the targeting, defer it, or decline it. You control who sees the campaign and when. The vendor controls the messaging and brand.

No. You can decline any campaign with a reason. You can also set per-vendor preferences — auto-approve campaigns from vendors you trust, or require manual review for everyone. You’re always in control.

Archer runs multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn DMs, LinkedIn social posts, paid social ads (LinkedIn and Meta), landing pages, and sales collateral (PDFs, one-pagers, flyers). Your agents coordinate across all channels so prospects see consistent messaging everywhere.

You do. Archer drafts LinkedIn posts and DM sequences, but nothing is published or sent without your approval settings in place. You can review every post before it goes live or set your agents to auto-publish based on your preferences.
